Welcome to my stop on the Authors Are Rockstars Blog Tour! I feel very lucky to be able to participate in this epic blog tour. Authors are my rockstars because they can create the most magical and AMAZING worlds that I just completely get lost in it. I feel even luckier because I get to host Victoria Scott, author of the highly anticipated book The Collector! Victoria was awesome enough to let me borrow Dante for an awesome interview! If you have no idea who Dante Walker is then, I’m sure you will be wanting more of him after reading his interview!
1. Welcome to my blog Dante, make yourself at home. Let’s cut to the chase—boxers or briefs?
I’m not a big fan of choosing. Why can’t I have everything I want? To answer my own question—I can. So I sport boxer-briefs. Black. Red if I’m feelin’ it. Boom.
2. What’s your favorite feature on a girl?
Her confidence. No, not really. That’s such a cop-out answer. But the ladies love it, don’t they? In all seriousness, I like a girl’s shoulders. I mean, females got it going on in so many ways. But their shoulders? Damn. My favorite is when girls wear those shirts that slip off one shoulder. It’s like there’s an arrow above their head pointing to that bare spot screaming, “Kiss me here, D.” Slim girls, slamming girls—no matter what your shape, I want to see your shoulders. You know what, Nereyda? I can tell you’ve got good shoulders. Very….sensual.
3. So, you’re a collector. Tell us about your job.
You know, I do my thang. If you and your girls are getting crazy one night, I’ll be there. First, because there’s nothing better than chicks losing their inhibitions. Second, because it’s my job to seal your soul for hell when you’ve been naughty. And I’m damn good at my job. Have you been bad, Nereyda? Come on, you can tell me.
I shouldn’t answer that. *laughs*
4. We hear you have a book coming out early next year. How do you think it’ll do?
Did you…did you wear those jeans just for me? Because they look all kinds of sexy on you.
5. Ha! I’ll take that as a “no-answer”. For my last question, I’d like to ask what your favorite food is.
Has anyone ever told you your mouth has a good shape? A nice color too. Perfectly plump, perfectly pink. I just want to….
All right, guys. We’re done here. Dante and I are going to hang out for a while…alone. Feel free to enter the giveaway below!
***Yup, Dante is so awesome that he even has his very own website! You can check him out at www.DanteWalker.com to check out his profile and even ask him a question!
The Collector: Dante Walker #1
Book Description from Goodreads:
He makes good girls…bad.
Dante Walker is flippin’ awesome, and he knows it. His good looks, killer charm, and stellar confidence has made him one of hell’s best—a soul collector. His job is simple, weed through humanity and label those round rears with a big red good or bad stamp. Old Saint Nick gets the good guys, and he gets the fun ones. Bag-and-tag.
Sealing souls is nothing personal. Dante’s an equal opportunity collector and doesn’t want it any other way. But he’ll have to adjust, because Boss Man has given him a new assignment:
Collect Charlie Cooper’s soul within 10 days.
Dante doesn’t know why Boss Man wants Charlie, nor does he care. This assignment means only one thing to him, and that’s a permanent ticket out of hell. But after Dante meets the quirky, Nerd Alert chick he’s come to collect—he realizes this assignment will test his abilities as a collector, and uncover emotions deeply buried.
