Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Rachel of Parajunkee and Alison of Alison Can Read! It’s a great way to meet new blogger friends!
Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers — but you have to know — the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.
The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools — keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
Q: Happy Father’s Day! Who is your favorite dad character in a book and why?
I looked through my app of all the books I have read and I was surprised that I couldn’t really remember any of the dads. Must be because in most YA books the parents are either dead, absent or terrible.
I did find one dad that is my favorite though…Abe from Vampire Academy. Yeah I know, he was absent most of Rose’s life and he is dangerous (I’m still not really sure what he does for a living), he’s a little bit scary too. But in spite of all of that, he always has Rose’s best interest at heart and is willing to do anything to ensure her safety and happiness. Besides, he’s funny and he dresses nice. So there is my pick for favorite book dad. He may not be the best, but he is my favorite!
And now, for the winners of the 100th Follow Friday Giveaway:
Both winners have been contacted by email and have been confirmed. Each will receive a copy of Easy by Tammara Webber and What a Boy Wants by Nyrae Dawn. Congrats!
If you’re new, welcome to my blog. I hope you like it! Please follow via GFC and if you leave a link in the comments saying you followed me, I will follow you back.
